My top 10 images from 2009

After weeks of deliberation i've finally whittled my list to 10. Images have been captured from the sporting fields and political rallies here in Northern Ireland, to some of the finest cities across Europe.

I've kept them in order of date taken.

Peace Please.........

I took this at the peace vigil in Craigavon after the murder of Constable Stephen Carroll.

I spent 11 hours on a rainy but warm Saturday at Lurgan Golf Club for their annual Captain's Day. This was my favourite image of the day.

Tall Ships 2009

We visited the Tall Ships in Belfast where I thought i'd get some great photos. Due to the sheer amount of people attending this wasn't possible. I did manage to grab one of the Saturday night closing fireworks which I ended up loving.

Brandenburg Gate, Berlin. Awesome city, enough said.

A very long shutter speed was needed to capture the traffic passing through Prague's Wenceslas Square.

Will this cold snap ever end?

The town has been a blanket of whiteness now for the best part of 3 weeks. While it has disrupted most events that I would normally be attending I grabbed the opportunity by the scruff and took some pictures around Lurgan Park.
